Are you aware what is the time difference (in milliseconds) after some action to get AGTCapabilitiesChanged notification ?

For example, after hold a call , will it receive AGTCapabilitiesChanged notification in milliseconds ?


On the documentation, I found just a few info but no response:

The agent desktop application need to ensure to enable disconnect / release buttons on desktop immediately after dialing based on AGTCapabilitiesChanged notification

POM sends AGTCapabilitiesChanged notification when the agent’s capabilities changes. Example: The capabilities control whether an agent can hold/consult another agent while talking to the customer
