Hello, I've read through the Avaya Context store snap-in Developer guide in order to insert customer journey information into Workspaces. I've been able to insert customer journey information to be displayed in Workspaces, but the problem is that we want to insert customer journey information for specific dates in the past for customers that have interacted with our company through external sources. The documentation has no parameters that allow us to insert date and time of a customer journey element. Is there anything else that we can do.
