Hello,

A quick questiom, please: is there any known issue when a widget is not being loaded on the "HOME" layout?
It is not loaded on screen after agent is logged in.
Obs:
- We need to refresh the page to see the widget.
- the issue is not observed when VOICE layout is used (widget is loaded okay)
