I have application to monitor ACD VDN and capture events to log the Survey responses to generate reports during established event.

Survey flow defined in ACD and will be monitor by JTAPI application.

When Agent attended inbound call and given call to Survey application capturing Survey where agent did Outbound call and routing caller to survey events not captured.

IF I understand this call flow, it doesn't sound like the VDN was in the call path, and thus the after call survey was not triggered by the VDN. An alternative view of the statement would be, the actions of the agent to manually include the survey again did not include the VDN and thus no call events related to a monitor on the VDN were not triggered.
