• We have built a custom widget and we are receive onCustomCardFocusEvent which gives us the campaign information which is required for the Multi-level disposition widget.
• However, we want to set the completion code when we call the POM API, we are able to set the Completion code, but it is not setting the same in the WsFE.
• And because it is not setting in WsFE when the call is disconnected system is taking the default Completion Code for the campaign by overwriting what we have written.
• We would like to know how we can call/send commands the POMCONNECTORWIDGET from the custom widget. (We looked at the pomconnectorwidget js file and saw this POMCONNECTORWIDGET.setCustomCompletionCodeAndReleaseLine method, and we use BroadcastChannel option in the WSFE to send the above action but it didn’t work)
• It would be great if we can get a document on how to call the methods or functions of POMCONNECTORWIDGET.
