Hi Team,

In our IVR system, after some menu, no response from MPP means no prompts are playing caller facing some blank and the call got transferred to default VDN.

We couldn't see anything in the logs, but when we analyzed the AEP standard report for that call VXML page waited on that node for a long time and the then call got transferred, and then we see the Below PAVB error.

PAVB_03001 - Unable to load VoiceXML DTD. XML parsing error from DOM. System Id: https://catl0va5152.corp.cox.com:9443/icx_driver/AvayaSessionTerminationServlet?___DDSESSIONID=90D05BF0A4188E9D4C9DDB8CB44CE49D%3A%2Ficx_driver, in Line 1, at Column 1, Exception Message: invalid document structure, File Content:

Kindly help me to find the root cause of this Error.

Note: We migrated our application OD& AEP 7.1 to 8.1 recently and also using a third-party load balancer
