Who do we know if a call is put on hold by the remote user? In the documentation there is a addOnCallHeldRemotelyCallback on a call, but this callback is never triggered.

You're correct, that callback was never implemented. It is not possible to detect a remote hold.

Thanks for your answer. Is it possible that this gets removed from the documentation to avoid confusion in the future?
