The Avaya JavaScript SDK is using cookies which will be blocked by the third-party cookie restrictions policy. This means that the Avaya JavaScript SDK will stop working from Q3 2024, if no changes are made. This also means that currently the SDK is not working on 1% of the Chrome users. Can you please prepare the SDK for the third-party cookie restrictions?

It is recommended that the AAWG be assigned a domain that is in the same root domain as the application. For example, aawg.example.com vs app.example.com. That will solve the third party cookie problem. There are no plans for the AAWG to eliminate its use of cookies at this time.
