Hi everyone,

I was able to get all the agents of a CCT User using the SOAP API under the UserService wsdl. However, I'm looking for the SetAgents counterpart of this GetAgents method. I've read the documentation, but I couldn't find a method that sets or updates the agents of a CCT User. Is there such a method?

Louisse, your question does not appear to be related to the Avaya Client SDK, but rather to Avaya Aura Contact Center. I suggest using the AACC APIs forum instead of this one for better respones.
