Hi everyone,

I was able to get all the agents of a CCT User using the SOAP API under the UserService wsdl. However, I'm looking for the SetAgents counterpart of this GetAgents method. I've read the documentation, but I couldn't find a method that sets or updates the agents of a CCT User. Is there such a method?

Take a Look at the Portal:
-Products> Avaya Aura Contact Center>Interfaces> CCMA Open Interfaces>Overview
-Products>Avaya Aura Contact Center>Releases>7.1>Open Interfaces (SOA Web Services)>Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA) Open Interfaces
Bundled with this SDK is CCMA Open Interfaces SDK.pdf, there's also a Reference Client.
Take a look at page 15 : AddAgent.

Hi Edward,

Thank you for your reply. I already have the agent created in CCT using that AddAgent method. However, what I meant is to add an agent in CCT under a CCT user (Agent Assignment). Here's a screenshot of what I wanted to do using the API:

I checked through CCMA documentation- (The Contact Center Administration SDK) and it's not in any documentation, nor in any SOAP WSDL definitions.
Same for CCT , however CCT is Contact Control.
