Hello. POM Contact Lists must have an ID field. My current POM.04 Contact List has the following fields: Id,firstname,lastname,phonenumber1ctrycode,phonenumber1.
My Campaign Strategy has a Result Processor that will execute a custom Application if the outbound call result is ‘Answer Human’. When the custom application runs, I can see the ANI, and DNIS information in the Project Variable: ‘session’. If it is possible to also load the Contact List’s Id value into the Project Variables: ‘session’ or ‘shareduui’, how would it be implemented?
