The call is transferred to agent with UUI by EP, at the end of the call the agent will transfer the call to EP and attach UUI set by EP before , can we use Single step transfer for this? Per our test, the UUI data was lost during transfer.



another question:

Does consult transfer have to wait EP connect event before doing transfer complete?

Single Step Transfer does not allow for userInfo to be added to the call.

To complete a transfer you just need a held call and an active call. That active call can be in the alerting state so it does not have to be answered first.
