Hi, We are trying to access the LDAP management interface on CM Messaging (CM 6.x), but not sure what the base DN is to access the CM Messaging. We used to be able to access Modular Messaging LDAP using "OU=People,DC=Avaya", but it doesn't work with CM Messaging. Any ideas please? We have created a trusted server with LDAP access.

If you are using Basic Development Environment Communication Manager Messaging is not installed. If you are using some other version of Communication Manager product, I do not have an answer as it is out of scope for these forums and my knowledge base. I do not have a contact that can help. You can try the support.avaya.com web page's forums.
