I can't see the alarm show function on both sms and ts. Can I do this on web service?

If a SAT form is not in the models list for the AE Services release you are working with, then it is not supported.

If you are interested in developing that functionality in order to meet a application need there is a process through which you could develop that functionality and Avaya would subsequently include it in the product in a future release. In order to take advantage of this you would need to enter into a NDA with Avaya each other's intellectual property is protected. If that interests you, please let me know.
