(Please Read. I have tried to submit on forum but page not found error coming continuously)

I have designed an CTI for Web Based CRM on Applet and successfully integrated as well but now. I am facing an issue (major one).
When JSP page get redirected or refreshed our CTI applet get reloaded again. which make huge trouble when agent is on call.
1. I am putting MY CTI applet to the saprate IFrame and other CRM JSP on different frame.?? is this good way??
2. The same CTI is running fine with IE but on Chrome that gives nothing means when applet get appeared in the chrome and we tried to make provider then it got stuck always neither creating lod as well but on IE every thig is running fine.
3. How can we make our CTI , web based CTI ? Please suggest me the way to do the same.
4. can this CTI(Call control specially ) possible in JSP???



Please help I am in deep trouble.
