is there a way that a CE app gets notified that an Attribute has changed in the SMGR Attribute section for my Profile/Service? Or I would need to write a polling mechanism for checking on current value, or even check after every call received?

Use case: think of an app that would have its behaviour modified on the fly by simply changing a String attribute configuration, where no new application reload/reinstall would be needed.

Hi Renato,

There is no change notification for attributes in CE 2.0. Good news though: this feature is currently targeted for our 3.0 release later this year.
