We implemented CTI transfer using cticonnector. The call detail now shows only NearEnd and FarEnd disconnects, but no transfers. We are using BlindCall for the transfer. Is there a way to get the transfer message(along with the transfer number) back into the call detail?

You will have to report that within your app. The platform does not know what CTI operations are ongoing as it is not involved in the CTI commands.

Thanks - one more question:
All calls with CTI transfer show NerEndDisconnect or FarEndDisconnect - is this normal? Calls do get transferred.

Try looking at this post: https://devconnect.avaya.com/public/forum/d_forum_3.jsp?t=6376&f=6

Far end would be the number being out called. Near end would be the incoming call, I believe.
