Hi

I have a JTAPI client running on a machine. Is there a way to pull the data from SAP CRM without using any connectors ? Also the BCM license for SAP license is not available.

We just wanted a pop up to populate when a agent receives a call . Please give some inputs on how this can be achieved or this kind of implementation is not possible at all without BCM license? Please assist

The Avaya JTAPI client can only be used with a Communication Manager and AE Services. BCM (Business Communications Manager) is a different product and is not compatible with JTAPI.
