Hi,

I'm trying to use GenerateDigits with the BDE and I'm not hearing any digits. I'm not getting any exceptions and my OnGenerateDigitsResponse event is firing without an error.

Scenario: my app is monitoring extension 40011. The app is calling extension 40010 which is a softphone. I answer the call on extension 40010 with the softphone. The app then tries to GenerateDigits to extension 40010. I hear nothing even though everything seems to complete fine.

Does the BDE support the GenerateDigits method?

No, BDE does not fully support the sendDTMF functionality of Communication Manager. There are some old threads that have more detail about conditions under which you can get DTMF received events from BDE, but that is not what you are asking about.. The lack of errors and such is that BDE goes through the motions, it just does not actually DO anything in the media plane.
