Is there any API in AACC that will return UCID?

This is AACC 6.2 environment with voice and multimedia ACD within AACC. But calls enter AACC through CM which will generate a UCID.

Do I need to do a custom AES integration to get UCID?

UCID if available will be populated to the CfmContactID intrinsic. Currently I only manage to have UCID for incoming calls. For outgoing calls, CfmContactID is still some GUID

Hello,
There is no interface which provides the SIP UCID.
On CS1K AML oyu can get the CS1K CallID.
