Can anybody please explain TSERVER_DEVICE_NOT_ON_ROUTE_LIST? I am getting this error for route register on vdn. Nothing has been described in documentation

you should be able to resolve this by changing your tsapi user to have unrestricted access (allows access to all devices). you can also exectue cstaGetDeviceList( ) to see what devices you have access to in the security db.

I have this error only for few VDNs and having no issue with other.
I have asked my team to check tsapi user settings.

The TSAPI Programmers Guide describes TSERVER_DEVICE_NOT_ON_ROUTE_LIST as meaning:

The telephony server has rejected a user's routing request for a device because the user has a routing access group in their Access Rights but the device is not a member of that group.

It suggests:

Change the user's administration so that the user has permission to control the device through the Routing Access Group "Access Rights " (User administration).

Alternatively, disable the SDB or give your user unrestricted access as Brent suggested.

This is all configured using the Security -> Security Database menus on the AE Services web interface.
