I am sure there is an option in CM either you want to take ucid of parent call or consult in resultant call after transfer/Conference. Am I right? If yes, where I can configure it?

I am aware of "Copy ASAI UUI During Conference/Transfer? y" - on page 13 of 19 of the 'change sys feat' form.

I am aware that recently (5.x?) of Communication Manager, a change occurred where the ucid of the held for conference transfer call is used for the consultative call.

I am not aware of a means to control if Communication Manager will clone the UCID or create a new UCID. You could check the "Call Vectoring and Expert Agent Selection" Communication Manager documentation as a starting point.
