Hi,

I cannot install RTDSDK 7 on a machine with drive C: only. At the end of installation it shows a lot of windows with "Device is not ready" message.
However, I can install RTDSDK 7 if machine has drives C: and D:.
In the installation wizard I choose default C:\Program Files\... path as a destination folder.
What might be a reason for such behavior?

I have downloaded RTDSDK setup from this site: https://devconnect.avaya.com/secure/license_agreement.jsp?f=AACC/6.0/RTDSDK.zip&i=12

Hi,

It seems that the SDK uses D: for logging... (Yes! WTF!!!).

We solved that by mapping d: for a c: log folder.

Stills working very well for a workaround!

Cheers,
Pires

This issue has been resolved in the latest version of the RTD SDK as posted on the DevConnect Home Page. The SDK has been up-issued to resolve some known issues like the one you're experiencing.
