I’m having difficulty getting the CTIconnector to work for DD 5.1 and AES 4 using trusted licensing. I’m getting the following error

These lines are from the CTIconnector trace.log file:
24/02/2014 14:59:21:253 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.init: CTI Version is 05.01.14
24/02/2014 15:56:30:391 DEBUG - CTIConnectorManager.ConfigureFromConfigurationFile: getting provider:AVAYA#S8700#CSTA-S#AVAY[b]A-AES
24/02/2014 15:56:31:360 ERROR - CTIConnectorManager.initProvider: provider:CTIforUUI is unavailable reason :com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiPlatformException: initialization failed

I have verified the AES IP address in the TSAPI.pro file.how to solve this?

It's been a while since I have looked at a 4.x AE Services. Have you looked at the AE Services OA&M? There should be something called Status and Control that shows you the current status of your switch and TSAPI link. Please let me know if they are "Talking" and "Online".
