I have two AAEP servers - AAEP1 and AAEP2. I have an application running on both that passes P-Instrinsics information the agents logged in with AACC.

My issue is: on one of the servers the P-Instrinsics information is being seen by the agents properly, and everything works perfectly. However, on the other server this data is not passed to agents. I have checked the configurations perfectly on both AAEPs and everything seems to be the same. I have tried switching the application server where the application is hosted, but no use. Whatever i do, P-intrinsics is not passed when call goes to AAEP2.

Can anybody point me as to what could be the issue?

Have you checked the app logs for both the good and bad scenario to see if the information is properly formatted and sent?

Yes I did. I can see in VP logs that the info is being sent.

You should bring this to Avaya support for more assistance. if the information is being passed successfully on our end, then the issue is downstream from the application. I would start with VP support and they can direct you from there.
