Hi,
We were trying to deploy our voice logger in a call centre running CM 3.1.5 and AES 4.0 . It seems that we are getting the following traces for Dash board during terminal registration.

Terminal Registered Response: reason: Registration Reject reason: resourceUnavailable
The number of registered stations exceeded the capacity specified on the license file. code: 3014 device ID: 6991::10.35.53.17:0Signalling Encryption:

WHen i checked, DMCC_DMC licenses are available as given below.(License capacity=20 , Currently available= 20)

Device Media and Call Control
(VALUE_DMCC_DMC)     20     20


Following IP_API_A licenses are being used.

Is it because of non availability of IP_API_A , i am gettign the DMCC terminal registration error . please let me know.

You will have to check the AE Services Administration and Maintenanca guide to be certain of the releases in question, but I don't believe the DMCC_DMC license begins to apply until AE Services 4.2, and then in conjunction with Communication Manager 5.0 (or maybe 5.1) and later .... So, yes, the lack of available IP_API_A licenses is what is stopping you.
