Hello guys,

Is there any way to get Agent events (login, logout, ready, not ready) from DMCC?

Dashboard application only gets phone events.

Agent information ah la what is available through TSAPI/JTAPI is planned to be available in the November release of AE Services. At present the methods that are in the SDK are in BETA form for lab use only, and represent early information for what is planned to be released.

Note that there are events for login/logout. All other state information will need to be polled for just as it is with TSAPI today.
