Greets Folks

We are going through a server audit and I need to update the java version on my tomcat 6 server. I am currently running 1.6.0_17 but I need to bring it up to the current release (1.6.0_20)...has anyone had issues with this version?

I don't believe we have tested with that particular version, but shouldn't be a problem.

Hi,
We also did the exact action. But after installing jdk1.6.0_20, all the applications are getting CTIconnector error like "no call info available on extension XXXX". What can be the reason?

I don't know if the CTI error and java version are necessarily related. Would need to see a CTIC log to know more.
