Hi There,

Without AACC, PABX could allow Music On Hold By Languages based on the VDN's Tennant.
With AACC, the VDN's Tennant is no longer recognized in SIP.
Anyone have achieve Music On Hold by Languages based on the Language selection?
Or Any other suggestion to achieve this?

I think you can use hlod event handler in AACC script.

Yes we have 7 languages and below is the scripting used

SECTION ENGLISH_SELECTION
ASSIGN "ENGLISH_SELECTION" TO Return_Section_cv
ASSIGN Customer_Support_CDN TO Error_Destination_CDN_cv
ASSIGN English TO Support_Language_cv
ASSIGN English_Music TO Music_cv

The Spanish and French are the same except for there languages. Then in the Prompts we have to have a diffent folder for each music source. and it has to match the name IE folder English_Music contains English_Music.wav with the wav removed.
