Hi, I'm Zhibin Yang from BB Team shift 1.

This is a call flow that have multiple languages. Using multiple TTS resources.

When it is en-us, in Session Detail Transcription, the TTS Events showed the TTS String as what it prompt, but when it comes to non-en-us language, it showed TTSString: SSML.

Everything worked well, and customer want to know if he can see this TTSString?

I made a simple test in my Lab, when I checked SSML when export, the TTSString showed SSML, but when I unchecked SSML when export, the TTSString showed what it is.(All en-US)

But I don't have a multiple languages environment and don't know how to build it.

Can someone please tell me if this issue work as designed or there is any modification to show TTSSting for non-en-us.

Thank you.

For SSML to work it must be supported by the speech engine you are using. It seems like in your case, SSML is only supported for English, en-us, and not other languages, in which case the behavior you are seeing is correct. Check which Speech Server is being used and make sure that SSML is supported per the language you want to use.
