Hi All,

I have problems installing ADD into the Windows 7. It keeps giving me Runtime Error '3021'.
Please advice.

Hello,
I presume you mean Avaya Aura Agent Desktop.
You need an administrator account to install this.
If you have problems with AAAD please log a ticket with Avaya Global Services against the AAAD product.
This forum supports the AACC interfaces.

It is Agent Desktop Display. I have tried installing the application into Windows 7 with administrator right. But does not seems to work.

Hello,
ADD also ships as part of the AACC product.
You could log a support ticekt with Avaya Global Services for the install issue you mention.
