I have a customer with this environmnet : VP 4.1 - Dialog Designer 4.1.8 - ICCONECTOR

Customer is complaining about a delay of about 4 seconds before the call is being transferred (Call is always transferred successfully).

I verified the MPP logs and the problem seems to be always with the same page that looks up in a database. The Nuance developer has some questions for the Dialog Designer developers and he has some doubts about icconector . Whom I can send that information to help us to analyze this isue? Nuance said that he received icconector from Neil or Umesh, he does not remember.

Can someone help?
