Hi,

We're getting missing ping response errors for VOX servers on our customer site. This issue can occur randomly at any time for any VOX server. When it happens, we stop all VOX servers and restart ICConnector application on WebSphere Server. We start VOX servers so it starts to work healthy and after a while (1 day or 1 week) it fails and we get missing ping responses again.

I looked for that "Initiate connection to VOX" option from DD runtimeconfig and VOX VRU definitions on ICManager, this option is unchecked for both sides and ping time is blank on VRU definitons on IC Manager. So it 's normal.

Could you please share your knowledge about this issue?

I know you don't experience the problem regularly but do you have logs to show the problem?

Hi,

When we have the same problem, I 'll try to get ICConnector logs and send you some part of these logs.
Or if you have an email adress, I can put these all logs on our FTP site and system will send you an email to allow you to reach this FTP site on KocSistem, so you can download log file.
