Hello,

We have a web app for call center agents. Our client wants us to integrate with Avaya AES via CTI inside our web app (browser). We plan to write a (signed) Java applet for this purpose. Basically it needs to be able to receive the inbound call event and popup windows based on the payload data, typical CTI stuff. I have downloaded JTAPI SDK and looked through some samples. What I want to ask is that if there is a Java Applet already written for this purpose so we do not have to reinvent the wheel. If there is, where can we get it? Does Avaya sell a reference implementation for this kind of Java applet?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
