We are a 200 seat contact center using Aura 6.3 and EMC 6.5SP1 for Email. We have several voice skills as well as several EMC Email Skills. We are trying to allow our agents to work one email and one voice interaction. However when I attempt to use the MCH feature of Aura I can not seem to figure out the formula to prevent the agent from receiving two voice interactions. The Following is an example of one of our agents and how the skills are assigned:

100-Recording Skill
13-Voice-SL1
14-Voice-SL1
15-Voice-SL2
207-Email-SL3
208-Email-SL3
209-Email-SL4

Things seem to work ok at lower call volumes however when we start experience wait times in our Voice Queues Agents begin to receive Multiple Voice interactions.

I feel like i have tried every iteration with MCH and am unable to satisfy the requirement of one Voice and one Email Interaction. Ideally we would like the agent to be working on an Email and be interrupted by a Voice Interaction.

Any Ideas??
