For a new implementation, the vendor is expecting the UUI bit allocation & encoding details for getting the required details to do screenpop on the CRM application.
Kindly help me to understand how this UUI is configured and how the bit allocation is done on Avaya OD side.

Thanks a lot for the details.
For this IVR Tomcat upgrade, can i reuse/import the existing IVR application WAR files from the existing Tomcat webapps folder to New Tomcat webapps folder.
In short, Will it be possible for me to perform this IVR application tomcat upgrade with No regeneration of WAR files and use the existing WAR files as it is.

Hi Team,
we are planning to upgrade the Apache Tomcat version to 7.0.81 from existing/current version 7.0.65. i like to have a check on the compatibility here:
Is AEP version 7.0.2 compatibility with Apache Tomcat version 7.0.81(IVR application server).
All the current/existing AEP software versions installed in VMware environment are listed below for your reference:
Avaya IVR (Interactive Voice Response) / EP (Experience Portal)
1 Avaya MPP (Media Processing Platform) 7.0.2 Linux
2 Avaya EPM (Experience Portal Management System) 7.0.2
3 Nuance Speech Server 6.2.8 Windows
4 Nuance Vocalizer for Enterprise 6.0.5.2015041409
5 Nuance Recognizer 10.2.6.2014101615 x86_64
6 Nuance License Manager 11.7.0.2012022609 x86_64
7 IVR application - Apache Tomcat 7.0.65
8 Oracle JdK (Java Development Kit) 1.8.0_65-b17
9 RuntimeConfig 7.01.08.04
Let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
