Thank you! We find solution - we didn't set notifyall flag to TRUE when setting up monitors. When we set it to TRUE all works fine.

Hi! I tried to set monitors to log incoming calls to a device, all work perfectly but if I initiate MakeCall outgoing call then no events arrived to my callback function. Why? Should I reconnect? How can I determine that I desconnected from AES? Thank you!

Hi all! I need to develop custom application to intercept incoming calls to Avaya user but cannot start and have some question: Does I have to download Avaya Interaction Center Client SDK to access? No direct links found on Avaya site, how to obtain this SDK? Is it free or have some cost? Thank you!
