Hi,
We have application that listens to DMCC events and sometimes it enters into "state with no events" but
"10:05:19:271 Reset Application Session Response: 354 Session ID:8D3FB60D9AEC88C42956D7B90891FCA6-209 Duration: 180".
Questions:
Why?
What to do?
Thanks in advance..

SW Version: 6.3.1.0.19-0
when I use the Telephony WS, I dial from an extension without agent logged in. I send to the makeCall() function #42510111#1#
TelephonyWS.endpoints endPoints = new TelephonyWS.endpoints();
endPoints.originatingExtension = originatingExtension; //3104
endPoints.destinationNumber = destinationNumber; //#42510111#1#
telephonyServiceInstance.makeCall(endPoints);
after I MakeCall(), I see on the extension screen: "Enter skill level, then # sign"
that means I succeeded to dial -> #42(add skill FAC) 5101(agent ID) 11(skill ID) and #, but it stopped at skill level (1#)
what do you dial exactly through the WS?

Hello, regarding my previous post, I want to send digits or insert pause when dialling ( makeCall() ).
I'm working with SMS WS ans telephony WS, and I'm trying to add/remove skill remotely,
so do somthing like that: makeCall: #42 (fac fo? add skill), and then generate digits: 5101(agentID), 11(skillID) ....
how can I do it?
thanks

update: I was able to list trace station, and when I'm dialing #42 I get: 'denial event 1402: Skills COR restricted D1=0xa026 D2=0x440
update 2: now I can do it from the Avaya-oneX phone, but through the Telephony WS i can't.
I think the problam is that the MakeCall is for #42. and after that I need to dial the rest of the number and not "makeCall" them... DTMF
How can I do it?

Hi, I'm trying to use Telephony Service: makeCall to perform FAC (Feature Access Codes).
logout (*89) is working fine, but add/remove skill is not working.
manually, when I try to do it on the actual phone, it works, but not through the telephony WS.
here is the FAC i'm trying to dial: #42510112#1#
#42 - FAC for add skill
5101 - agent ID
12 - skill ID
1 - priority
thanks :)

Hi,
In our application, that based on DMCC, we got "event: OnServerConnectionDownEvent, reason: Unable to read from socket. Socket to server has been closed, sessionID:___".
Questions:
1. Why it happens?
2. How to avoid (if possible)?
3. How to react?
Thanks in advance,
Mike
