Hi.
In our environment the DTMF tones are being replaced (or encrypted, or encoded) from their original values.

For example, when we select option 1 (DTMF), the browser is detecting "OPT#0xf240f618", and every retry this value changes (OPT#0xf2dd3ba8, OPT#0xf75c5a50, etc.).


Bellow there is a trace from the application, where it was supposed to detect 1:

I'm aware that it has been said before that Avaya Breeze SDK client is not compatible with IP Office. However, considering a recent support of IP Office in Avaya Equinox 3.4 I was wondering if it is planned that kind of compatibility in the near future for the SDK as well.

The lastest tests I've done have been unsuccessful so far (Avaya Breeze SDK for Windows 3.4.0.0 with IP Office Server Ed. R 11).

I'm sorry it's been quite some time since I deployed POM so I can't really remember what was the specific solution to the problem.

Some hints I remember right now:
* Make sure that the servers are using common DNS and NTP servers. Of course, check for the timezone.
* Check POM zone licenses (you need to allocate the respective zone(s) in your environments).
* Check the outcall user and password which should assigned to the web services role.
* If you generated a new certificate while installing POM, it should be loaded in the AppServer (runtimeconfig application). I recommend you should verify if the EPM certificate has changed as well, in that case, the new cert should be updated in MPP by running an script.
* Make sure you can reach the start (o test) web pages of your POM applications (which should've been imported in your tomcat's appserver).
* Check if EPM, MPP and POM services are all started and running.
* I suggest you to define the SIP trunks in TCP mode first, then change it to TLS to simplify troubleshooting. In this case you probably need help of someone who knows Session Manager (traceSM is necessary here to check for errors, they most likely are related to unvalid certificates).

I hope this information could be useful in some degree.

We have a client who has several infinite outbound campaigns. Right now they have been adding new contacts to each campaign by using the outbound web service AppendContactsToCampaign, which supports only one PhoneNumber as one of the input fields, in contrast to our client's customer database that has more than one phone number for each record.


The problem relies on the fact that for each outbound call, the agent should be able to call any of the alternative phone numbers if the main number is unreachable. Considering that the aforementioned web service does not allow us to include more than one phone number per customer resulting in the agents being unable to reach customers in their alternative numbers, I kindly ask for your help or guidance in finding a solution to this challenge.


By the way, I have been exploring the ACCS database in order to manually edit/add each customer additional phone number through JDBC/ODBC, but it looks like I only have read-only access permissions.


For the client this is a required functionality, so any kind of help or idea is really appreciated.

We have been developing a simple Breeze-Client telephony application (audio and video supported) for a 32bit, Windows 7 SP1 group of users.

Right now we are experiencing problems making and receiving calls, in the same way described in this post: https://support.avaya.com/ext/index?page=content&id=SOLN303118

Even though we have followed the steps to solve the aforementioned issue, we keep getting the same errors (QOSCreateHandle failed to create, which leads to: CWebRTCMediaEngine[0x0DDAB418]::StartSession : failed to create Audio Session). We even have installed the lastest version of Avaya Equinox for Windows (3.2.1.11) with the same results (log file attached). The twist is that with Avaya Communicator everything works perfectly, which leads me to believe that DSCP marking is done in Breeze Client SDK.

So, is there a way to bypass or override the QOS-check/marking setting in Breeze Client?, or are there any suggestions about how to handle this issue?

I'm creating a Windows client that requires basic telephony functions. Video support is mandatory.

In this application, MainWindow is used for parameter configuration and SDK initialization. In another window (CallServiceWin) the call events and video rendering are displayed.

The problem I'm having is that after 3 or more video calls the following error shows up during a call:

System.InvalidOperationException occurred

In the execution of an outbound campaing, I'm receiving repeatedly the following error in CmpMgrService.out:

@2017-06-14-10-23-56|P_POMCM002|INFO|POMCM|||Out Call Web Service returned fault: AppIntfServiceSOAPImpl::launchCCXML(),  Find_MPP_with_Resource() No resources available. MPP = MPP|servername.example.com####

I have already checked licensing, telephony ports and maximun outbound calls, which they match. The campaign strategy has been limited to only use up to the maximun number of calls as well.

¿Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

The scenario is the following:
* Standalone EPM, version 7.1.0.0.1107. It also has managed POM application, version POM.03.00.04.00.022.
* Standalone MPP, version 7.1.0.0.1107.
* Standalone AppServer, which is an Apache Tomcat 8.5.12.

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
