I'm doing some research and could use some help and advice. OutPost Sentinel makes products that give users Remote Access and Alarming for their customers using our Secure Access Link Tunnel (SALT). Our Product is "Vendor Agnostic", so as long as the device has a console, a SNMP Trap, or even a contact closure, we can alarm on it and give you remote access. www.pbxmonitor.com. We are evaluating adding QOS alarming to our product using RTCP. I need to find out how we get this information from Aura and legacy Nortel systems. It looks like this might be the correct location to ask that question. If not, please guide me.
