We have a windows service which retrieves Real Time Data on agents from AACC v6.4.

Some agents have more than 1 row in the data being returned. In the additional rows, a suffix has been appended to the agent Id e.g.

123456_01

The suffix seems to correspond to the position Id. Sometimes the data in the second record is exactly the same as the data in the primary row i.e. the row where the agent Id does not have a suffix.

Please can you explain the significance of the row with the suffix.
