Hi Ross,
I checked and the app seems to be exactly the same and it's working on OD 7.0 and 6.0 so I agree with you, seems to be a bug with 7.1. On top of that the help is not working either, Help-> Help content give me back a "HTTP ERROR 500" message... Do we have a way to give feedback to product house to fix these issues?
Best Regards,
Javier Vargas

Hi Experts,
I am working with OD 7.1 and the sample "FindADoctorCC" app but I am having a problem because the VXML is not returning the values as the CCXML expected. VXML is sending the values in 2 outputs "outputData" and "dialogResult" and in CCXML is trying to read it with:
<assign name="dialogresult" expr="event$.values.dialogResult"/>
<assign name="recording" expr="event$.values.outputData"/>
However OD is just stopping because there's an error with the variables, this is what CCXML Console shows:
Session:uid_23: -- dialog.exit -- [in_initialdialog]
Session:uid_23: **** eventdata...
[
dialogid:uid_36
eventsource:uid_36
eventsourcetype:dialog
connectionid:uid_24
name:dialog.exit
values:undefined
]
Session:uid_23: -- missed error.semantic -- [in_initialdialog]
Session:uid_23: eventdata...
[
reason:TypeError: Cannot read property "outputData" from undefined (Expression:event$.values.outputData#1)
tagname:assign
eventsource:uid_23
eventsourcetype:ccxml
name:error.semantic
error:TypeError: Cannot read property "outputData" from undefined (Expression:event$.values.outputData#1)
]
How can I debug what's inside these variables? This is the OOTB sample and I remember that it was working in previous OD.
FYI I am using Tomcat 8 and JDK 1.7.
Best Regards,
Javier Vargas

We tested in a lab and the document and the key-value pair allowed between EP and AACC using Intrinsics is 10.
The document "Front-end Avaya Aura® Experience Portal and SIP-enabled Avaya Aura® Contact Center" available with a sample of OD code talks about only 5 pairs (In page 8 ). That's wrong. The OD help has the same info so needs to be updated too.
This is how the information looks like:
<!—P-Intrinsics Custom Data. This includes Intrinsics and optional Call Attached Data.
Intrinsics are up to 5 name/value pairs which will be stored on the Contact
Center contact.

Hi,
I am following the document "Front-end Avaya Aura® Experience Portal and SIP-enabled Avaya Aura® Contact Center" to pass info from a EP 7 to an AACC 6.4 Agent using P-Intrinsics.
Unfortunately the doc is not clear about how many P-Intrinscs variables are allowed, at the end of the doc in page 17 it says 10 but in [page 8 in the sample code it says 5. Could you please clarify if I am able to use 10 Intrinsics?
If not, could you please let me know if I am able to split the variable once it reach the AACC Script? I am thinking in use a variable to store 2 values separated by a character like "|".

Hi Wilson, my question is regarding the OD app. Do you know if it's possible to have both pluggins running at the same time?

Hi, my customer need an automated app that will attend calls made via POM so the OD app will need the POM PDC to grab the information of the list. There's an option in the call flow that allows the client to ask for an agent so the OD app will transfer the call to an Agent that will use IC as their CTI app. We need to include the call info in the EDU so the agent will receive it with the call. The OD app will have the POM PDC and the ICConnector plugins working at the same time.
Is this possible or do we have a different way to handle this kind of scenarios?
Do we need to do anything special for this to work?

Hi Neil, thanks for your help, I'll contact AACC support trying to clarify this scenario.
I have only one comment left. I know that this forum focus is the VXML development using DD since a long time but for any reason the product change the name to OD and now it could be used to program VXML AND AACC scripts. If the purpouse of the forum doesn't change the name couldn't be "OD forum" because, at this time, not cover all the AVAYA functionalities includes into the OD product.
Again, thanks for your time!

Hi. The OD forum recomends me to post the question in this forum because the script i am looking for is for AACC, not AEP.
https://devconnect.avaya.com/public/forum/d_forum_3.jsp?c=0&f=6&t=11679
With this in mind i ask again: When I have a call in AACC and its a must to transfer it taking care of the call (if the number is busy or OOS the call must remain in the AACC) how could i achieve this?
Best Regards

Hi Michael,
I agree with you 100%. I posted originally there but Audrey Hayden recommends me to post it on the OD Forum.
https://devconnect.avaya.com/public/forum/d_forum_3.jsp?t=11670&f=53
Who can help me. At this time the OD tool is used for DD and AACC scripting so where's the expert?
Best Regards,
Javier Vargas

Hi, I am implementing a system that includes an AML AACC that route calls to an AEP system using the "ROUTE CALL XXXX" script command.
The AEP has only a few ports so I want to know how could we transfer calls to the AEP taking care about the possible rejection of the transference by the AEP system.

Hi experts,
I have a problem with an app running over WebSphere7. There's a lot of variables so we use the VP Configurable Application Variables plugin to set them from a Experience Portal server. We develop and test using TOMCAT and all works fine but the customer must use WebSphere 7 so when we test with WebSphere the values configured in the AEP app webpage are not received in the APP.
Do i need to configure something in WebSphere for this feature to work? Do you know if there's a problem with this feature and WebSphere?
Thanks in advance.
