Anees,
It would be great if anyone could answer the query you made. We have the same issue. In our case, we can find out the agentId as we match the SIPUri and the AgentID. When the call is transferred the AAEP received the transferring party CLID and therefore we can link the survey to the agent.
In this scenario, we don't have available the customer CLID which is also a problem. We cannot seem to either how to use custom intrinsics to be included in the transfered call made by the Agent.

Hi,
We are trying to develop a RTD application for AACC 7 and we have downloaded the RSM SDK. We need to provide a username and password however the documentation refers to a tool which is no longer available in AACC 7:
The NIrtd_login user name parameter is set up using the Server Configuration tool. For more information about how to create these users, see the Contact Center Manager Administrator’s Guide.
The Server Configuration Tool is not available in AACC 7 thus we don't know how to access the server to obtain the RTD information.
Has anyone come across this problem?

The latest releases include AACC treatments PDC. Is there any real example on how it works? I don't undestand how can it be used.
