Do you have instructions on how to do this?
1. First thing that comes to mind is, on two servers where connection is faiing, data replication(DRS) may not be happening.
I.e. The URL is updated in SMGR DB but breeze side copy is not updated. Can you please confirm below
a. DRS between breeze node and SMGR is successful.
b. Once DRS is successful, login to breeze node and run following query from mgmtia
"select * from zr_ext_jdbc_datasource"
and check the "url" field - it should contail URL with sslProtocol=TLSv1.2 string.

Ok I have some new information on this. It is partially fixed and partially still broken and i am not sure how to resolve it.
We have 5 Breeze Servers on 1 VM Farm same subnet in 1 Breeze Cluster.
Cluster Global Parameter for All Connections other than SIP = TLSv1.2
If I try to connect using the TLS checkbox from my JDBC Source to a MS SQL Server with jdbc url - jdbc:sqlserver://Servername:Port;databaseName=database; , all 5 servers fail and are trying to use TLS 1.0 according to my server side traces.
In my JDBC settings regardless if i check or uncheck the TLS Checkbox(This checkbox does nothing) using jdbc url - jdbc:sqlserver://Servername:Port;databaseName=database; all 5 servers fail and are trying to use TLS 1.0 according to my server side traces.
But if I add the parameter sslProtocol=TLSv1.2 to my jdbc url - jdbc:sqlserver://Servername:Port;databaseName=database;sslProtocol=TLSv1.2; ,3 out of the 5 servers get a connection test successful. My traces on the sql server show the unsuccessful servers are still trying to use 1.0 still and the successful ones are using 1.2 and actually connecting to SQL.
What is the problem and why do all 5 servers not care about what is set from the cluster level and also why do only 3 of 5 servers connect using tls 1.2 when the jdbc url is shared by all 5 servers.

How do I resolve this issue. I didn't use to get this message but now I do. Cannot really find a clear definition on what to do.
ERROR: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "SQL Server did not return a response. The connection has been closed

I was able to pull the debug,
Basically when i create an instance i get the following error.
2021-04-28 11:04:48,080 [WebContainer : 5] EngagementDesigner ERROR - EngagementDesigner-3.8.0.1.105001 - Exception occurred while creating instance: 72, error:
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Call ID cannot be empty...
There is no place to assign a caller id on the on the forward call task input schema. It asks for a ucid:string value which is what i am passing from the previous task, which is the start event task. In 3.4 the ucid was the call id from what i remember.

Will it still show up in debug even if this is just me creating an instance of the workflow?

Can someone please help me understand what i am missing here, never had this issue in 3.4. We just got upgraded to ED 3.8 and It seems that when i try to simulate a call to a simple flow, Start -> Forward Call -> End, i get an issue where it says the UCID is out of range or cannot pass it on.
Start Schema Output clearly shows UCID ucid:20321167241602543882 and is mapped to the call output schema with the ucid mapped
{'reason':'none','shortReason':'none','callingParty':{'domain':'abc.com','display':'','handle':'215255'},'appid':'','calledParty':{'domain':'abc.com','display':'','handle':'8993451234'},'eventingParty':{'domain':'abc.com','display':'','handle':'8993451234'},'timeOfEvent':'','ucid':'20123167241602543882'}
After this output the next node is the Forward call node and i am mapping the input schema from call variable ucid to the ucid input for this task and i keep getting this error.
Error executing mapping from Call:ucid to in.put:ucid. Array index out of range: 1.
If i click the green plus sign on the start event and map the call event variables to start node output and use the start node output for the ucid i get the following error with the ucid being blank even though i mapped it on the inbound and the previous node had it set.
{'redirect_number':'215204@abc.com','ucid':''} Error message - Call ID cannot be empty...

Hi,
I am running into an issue where i just want to run a query, select * from dbname.dbtable and i keep getting a warning, "Input Shcema is invalid" If i add a where clause, "where column = ?" i do not get a warning? Is this by design?

I have a DBOP operation that returns 3 columns of data with multiple rows. I can use the loop the collection just fine, but what is the easiest way to get the rows to a json object.

so basically i would need to create something like this with not only the 0 - 9, but A-Z included in that list? Do you have an example flow by chance?

Not a dynamic list of words just dynamic grammar. Eg. Caller may say ab1234, next caller may say 56ab78. want to be able to recognize what say and use it for some other process.

Thanks Wilson. So it seems ASR is the only option. How can i make it dynamic to capture what ever is spoken? I have only created static grammars in ASR to where i put in a word and what is spoken has to match the word.

Today using DTMF i have a flow that accepts a numeric/digit input. What are my options for accepting a alphanumeric input, so for example instead of 123456, something like AB1234 instead?

How do you transfer to a backup number automatically. Call flow tries to transfer to number A, number A fails, doesnt answer, answering machine, get the call back and try to transfer to number B?
