Is it possible to have the same custom AACC RTD API service running on two different servers without crashing the RTD service on the CCMS server?

I am trying to dial into an agent queue to deliver a voicemail using CCXML. Here is have I have my create call setup:
<createcall dest="number_to_dial" connectionid="in_connectionid" timeout="600000" />
I am getting a weird error on the AAEP about CCXML/VXML timeout (NO Call).
Does that mean the timeout was hit? If so how can I handle for that inside the application?

I tried that at first, I ended up going to JAX-WS to resolve the issue.
Thanks for the help!

Here is the exact error:
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: MESSAGE FLOW ERROR
at org.apache.axis2.util.Utils.getInboundFaultFromMessageContext(Utils.java:531)
Here is the code attached with it:
GetQuoteRequest request = new GetQuoteRequest();
GetQuoteRequestE request_e = new GetQuoteRequestE();
request.setPolicyNumber("EQA10001");
request.setCompanyCode("101");
request.setAdminSystem("");
request.setPendingInforceInd("");
request.setQuoteDate("");
request.setQuoteType("");
request_e.setGetQuoteRequest(request);
GetQuoteSOAP_HTTP_ServiceStub stub = new GetQuoteSOAP_HTTP_ServiceStub();
GetQuoteResponseE response_e = stub.getQuote(request_e);
GetQuoteResponse response = response_e.getGetQuoteResponse();
Quote_type0 l_quote = response.getQuote();
mySession.getTraceOutput().writeln(ITraceInfo.TRACE_LEVEL_INFO, "Message is " + l_quote.getResponseMessage());

I am changing the technique and I am attempting to call the Web Service directly, however I am receiving an Axis2 fault Message Flow error. Any thoughts on that?

No, and I can see the XML return inside of the trace.log file. It's just not storing it into the variable.

That is normally the case, but for this it's not returning with an error and it's not populating the OD variable object at all, it's just a blank string that is returning.

It would appear the return variable from the Web Service is not being populated with the return object, have you run into this issue before?

I am attempting to parse through a complex return, I have turned on logging and I see the XML coming back correctly from the SOAP service. However it appears that I can not cast the OD variable to the ObjectType (getting an error saying I can't cast a string to the Return Type). I have looked and when I attempt to print out the variable object value it is blank.
Here is my code:
IVariableField var = mySession.getVariableField(IProjectVariables.GET_POLICY_SERVICE_RESPONSE_1);
GetQuoteResponse GQR = (GetQuoteResponse)var.getObjectValue();
Could OD not be filling out the return variable from the Web Service?

I am attempting to use the RESTful WSOP and I need to know how to parse the java JSON object that returns into an Orchestration Designer Variable. I know how to do this for the SOAP calls but not for the RESTful calls.
