I am currently working on constructing a SIP message with a body attached to it. I need to set the Content ID of the body. I am using the sample code below:
<script>
var hints = new Object();
hints.sip = new Object();
hints.sip.body = new Array(1);
hints.sip.body[0] = new Object();
hints.sip.body[0].type = 'application/vnd.nortelnetworks.digits';
hints.sip.body[0].msg = "test"
</script>
I have tried adding in
hints.sip.body[0].id = "test";
However that doesn't seem to work.
Any suggestions on how to set the Content-ID of the body?

Are there any samples of using CCXML to send application/pidf+xml contents inside of the hints object for the create call request?

Is there a way to tell what party disconnects from a conference? Example: AAEP has 3 callers on a conference and 1 drops, how can we tell which one dropped?

Is there a way to set the username/password dynamically on the WSOP? I am pulling the username/password from a database and want to be able to use the WSOP to change this on the fly.

It did not, hence having to do the three steps manually.

That is correct. We originally tried the blind transfer and it was inheriting the original UUI instead of over writing it with what we were sending it.

We figured it out. If you receive UUI in order for it to overwrite properly you have to perform a hold, dial and transfer (instead of just using the AES blind transfer node).

We are building an application that receives UUI info from the CM and then overwrite that info using the AES Connector (this is an H.323 configuration on the AAEP). However when doing a blind transfer the UUI that is being passed is the UUI that got delivered with the call. Is there any way around this?

I'm writing a CCXML app that starts with an outbound call from the AAEP to an agent queue. Is there anyway to pass UUI on the create call function?

I'll work on finding out more info. Is there a reason the AES connector would throw this error (but still allow us to get the CTI info when the call lands on the OD application)?

We are receiving this error whenever we try to invoke a blind transfer or a dial out from the AES Connector:
java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://localhost:8080/aesconnector/Dial
I'm not seeing anything in the AES connector log (other than the call was ended).

How can I set up the external grammar to use a different URL at runtime? Example: We receive the grammar URL back from a web service and use that instead of the specified URL.

I'm looking to edit a static grammar to allow for dynamic built in max and min lengths. I tried using this:
super();
setRootLanguage("en-us");
setMode("dtmf");
setBuiltin(true);
setBuiltinMode("dtmf");
setType("digits");
setOptions("minlength=8;maxlength=10");
//}}END:CLASS:CONSTRUCTOR
IVariableField min = mySession.getVariableField(IProjectVariables.MIN_LENGTH);
IVariableField max = mySession.getVariableField(IProjectVariables.MAX_LENGTH);
setOptions("minlength=" + min.getStringValue() + ";maxlength=" + max.getStringValue());
}
However the mySession variable is always null.
