There is no Platform/Interface combination in the ticket creation form. Can you (or someone else) advice proper combination?

Hi!
Trying to create SMGR user with specified UPR via WSv2. But I gen an error:
UPRCMCOMMPROFILERULE0008
Error while applying CM Endpoint Profile Rule. Cause of failure: Phone Number is required for creating CM Communication Profile.

UPR is configured with "Use next available extension" and there is no issues when I add user manually, filling only first/last name and login fields. What should be added to allow UPR-based user creation via WS?

Hi team!

Working with IC Client SDK Java API. I see that service provider send User-to-User field on incoming call. Browsing EDU Server and JAB logs shows me that this UUI available in EDU. Question: is there a way to fetch this UUI from, for example, WorkItem, using documented IC Cliend SDK API? If yes - can someone point me to a documentation chapter or, even, provide me with a sample code?
