Thanks for your reply...Have created a ruleID of policyNumber as slot in OD.I have tried the same still its logging undefined...And i have to collect value along with user phrase for eg: User said " My policy number is " or "is my policy Number" and hence i need to tag that value. Is there any sample appltn or references. Please refer screenshot...

I am using Nuance 10 speech recognition for my Speech Application in OD. I have created an external grammar to collect alphanumeric value from user, My Grammar looks something like this...

I want to know how can i store the retrieved value from User into OD Variable. I have created a slot in OD but it shows undefined in Logs. Please refer screen shot for better understanding...
Any help is appreciated....
OD Version is 7, JRE 7 Tomcat 8

Using tomcat v 6, OD v6 ,jre 6....
Unable to connect AES with IVR Application says AESConnector not running nor setup.
Added AES jar in library.

We are using AES 6 and OD 6.In one of our application server we are using Secured TLink for AES Connectivity. We have added the AES certificate for that in our application as well, but it is consuming all the available licenses. We have also verified the vpkconnector path and uploaded the latest and valid certificate which expires in 2022. Kindly advise.

We are using JTAPI Application at our customer site. Whenever an agent is putting call on hold, it triggers a disconnect event and when resumes the call is again established. So we tried to trace the hold events which are getting Triggered. Unfortunately we didn't found any such events. Please suggest.

I have to install Nuance TTS for one of my application. I have installed following files.
1. Nuance License
2. Nuance Vocalizer voice
3. Nuance Speech Server
4. Nuance Vocalizer for Network.

I have configured it with voice portal i.e. AVP but landing it to Technical Error. When i analysed i have found that Speech Server is not started and when i tried to start it failed. It says "Service started and stopped some services stop automatically when not in use". Do i need to configure it in NSSServer.cfg. Any help will be appreciated. Kindly revert asap. One of our Customer Site, Logs are not getting generated Completely. i.e. For one session(or call) logs are getting generated completely and for another session it is generating incomplete logs(or call). This behavior is observed simultaneously. We have checked our configuration and everything looks fine from both Application side and server side. Please reply asap.
