We have a CTI application integrated with avaya using JTAPI
Agent is logged in successfully in CTI application however agent gets logged in ready mode.
Requirement is to log agent in AUX mode.
We tried changing workmode as well as reason code to achieve this.
But everytime agent logs in ready mode.
Below is the code snipped used for agent login: lucentAgent = (LucentV7Agent) lucentTerm.addAgent(lucentAddr, null, Agent.NOT_READY, agentWorkMode, agentId, agentPassword);
Workmode is set to MODE_AUTO_IN / MODE_MANUAL_IN
REason code is set to NOT_READY / LOG_IN

Hi,
We have developed a cti application which uses unsecured t link and it works fine.
But we have to use secured t link. Is there a way to achieve this.
Since secured t link does not work with tspi exerciser.

Hi Martin,
ACR and TSAPI are on different AES.
But one of our customer has both on single AES. Still we are facing same issue.

Hi John,
Below are the details:
we have ACR r11 and this is a DMCC based active recording. The call recording is happening using “Service Observing” and “Single Step Conferencing”
We are using One-X Agent and we can unhold the same call from One-X Agent
We are having ACR only in this architecture and OneSys is the only CTI Application.
We have 2 AES Instance in this architecture.
1st AES (Release 5.x) is integrated with ACR
2nd AES (Release 6.x) is integrated with OneSys.
Both the AES has been connected with Same Communication Manager (CM6.3)
Pls confirm in which AES server we need to enable the Advance TSAPI Trace?
Also suggest us whether can we raise the case to Avaya BBE to get further support to analysis this TSAPI Traces and CTI Messages.

Hi,
We are developing a cti application using tsapi sdk.
hold-unhold feature is working perfectly fine.
But when we add ACR for call recording unhold fails.
When the call is put on hold, the existing recording extension gets disconnected.
Now when we try to unhold the call we get resource busy event.
Is there a way through which this can be resolved
Thanks in advance.

Hi John,
For the rest of the calls, they are auto answered and work fine.
This issue only arise in very first call.
Actually when we login into OneX agent using our application and change to Idle state, the station is on-hook and after the 1st call it turns to off-hook.
And when we bypass our application and login into OneX agent directly, agent state is changed to Idle. This time the station is off-hook

Hi,
We are developing a cti application with auto answer feature.
We are using avaya one x agent as the telephony softphone.
Our cti application is logging in an agent and the changing the agent to Idle state.
Now the agent is receiving calls and are auto answered.
The issue arises with 1st call. This call lands on agent but is not auto answered. And once answered the connection gets cleared.
Is there any way to fix it.

Hi,
Since i was not able to call HTTPs REST API using web service(REST) operation, tried doing the same using servlet node.
Following is the piece of code
HttpClient client = HttpClientBuilder.create().build();
HttpPost request=new HttpPost("https://url");
request.setHeader("authorization", "key");
HttpResponse response = client.execute(request);
I get this error:
Error sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Thanks in advance
