Handling the LinkUp and LinkDown-events worked in our scenario.

We have setup an environment that should be up about 100% of the time. We use DMCC to the AES to control incoming and outgoing phonecalls. This environment consists of two CM's that are setup as active/passive and two AES machines.

When the active CM goes down, the passive CM will become the active one (Interchange). During the period of this iNterchange we are 'blind' for a few seconds. We don't get any events from the AES about changes in the state of the active phonecalls.

Is there an event that occurs when the link between the AES and the CM goes down? So we can react to that event in our application. If the connection to the AES goes down we get a ServerConnectionDownEvent an react to that. But this event doesn't occure when the connection between AES and CM goes down.

We have tried both 7.0.0.38 and 7.1.1.54 of the .NET DMCC API.

After upgrading our AES from version 7.1.1 to 7.1.3 ACDGroup is not set anymore in the DeliveredEvent.

Does anyone have the same issue or a solution for this problem?
